04Will you have to break my lock or door?
We always try to open the door without damage first. Some locks cannot be opened that way, and in that case we explain what is needed and what it will cost before going ahead.
05Do I need to prove that I live there?
We may ask for ID or another proof that you live at, own or are allowed to enter the property. If your documents are locked inside, you can show them once the door is open.
